PestCPD is an industry based, independent professional development accreditation program developed by AEPMA and PestCert.

The aim of the PestCPD initiative is to improve the professionalism and reputation of Australia's pest management industry...the industry working to protect public health, food and property. The PestCPD events will be held to allow professional training and updating of the pest industry technicians' understanding of latest products and techniques.

The overall responsibility of the PestCert Technical and CPD Management Committee is to advise the PestCert Board on all technical aspects of the operation of PestCert. The Committee is to act as an independent committee with transparency, fairness and integrity, delivering a cost effective and valued service which encourages pest management technicians to willingly become involved in accreditation and professional development.
